TEACHERS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME IN HEMA

A teacher orientation programme was held in HEMA School to give an insight on the burning topic of Handling 21^st Century learners. The programme was organized by the management of the school. Dr. Rashmi Dwivedi Ex-faculty of MPSCERT was the resource person. She shared her vast experience and through her motivational session covered a vast topic that was the need of the hour to deal with modern day students. She covered the topics like time management, class room management, Behavioral problems and to name a few.

Ms. Rita was also the part of the session whereby she discussed on simple techniques and also updated the teachers with the newly introduced terminology BCC that is the behavior change communication.

The session was very enriching and many new aspects were introduced for making the learning process more interactive for the present generating which is very inquisitive by nature. Madam Rashmi has motivated teachers to be more technosavy for bridging the gap between the educator and the learner.

The programme came to an end with proposing of vote of thanks.
